Founded in 2005 in Columbus, Ohio, Portfolio Creative connects top creative talent with some of the world's most admired & innovative companies.

Co-founders Kristen Harris and Catherine Lang-Cline left their corporate retail jobs to start the business after seeing first hand, as designers themselves, that there was no seamless solution to connecting creative talent with the creative needs of businesses in Central Ohio.

Today, they have built a team that is highly recognized for their expertise in discerning talent and for their ability to attract fulfilling, creative work from leading companies across the country.

As creatives ourselves, we understand your work and your challenges.

Finding exciting and challenging work with the best companies often is about timing. We do the time-intensive seeking and legwork for creative talent, building a large network of relationships with companies in need of exceptional talent so that creatives can get back to doing what they do best. Specifically, we…

+     Get to know the work and capabilities of our talent intimately so that we can recommend the ideal fit

+     Provide diverse and exclusive opportunities with companies that are otherwise unknown to jobseekers

+     Offer short- and long-term assignments as well as direct hire positions

+     Negotiate with clients to secure competitive compensation for every assignment

+     Employ our talent – that means we provide access to comprehensive benefits that are unmatched by other placement firms and follow through on important administrative touchpoints expected with employment, commensurate to the level of engagement

In Columbus, You can get coffee and have a conversation with just about anyone.

The rumors are true— we live in a city so uncharacteristically open and centered around collaboration that Harvard created a course around how we do business here. Known as The Columbus Way, the study focuses on how our city's leaders have leveraged community partnerships for growth and because of this mindset, meeting people and getting connected in Columbus is pretty easy. Often times the most difficult part is showing up and getting over the awkwardness of introducing yourself to someone new. We highlighted the organizations we've supported since opening our doors twelve years ago that are focused on elevating Columbus' creative class and developing the next wave of talent in our community.
