Making Midwest Fest 2017

  • Short North Stage 1187 North High Street Columbus, OH, 43201 United States (map)

Have you ever watched or read something from an artist that's not in your creative industry and actually learn something that you'd be able to apply to your own work? That's what we call a creative collision. It's the ability to take 2 or more unlike things to form your own ideas.

The Making Midwest team is putting together a type of event that none of us have ever seen before based on the theme of "creative collisions".

Making Midwest Fest will features dozens of creative professionals that range in several industries from food, design, music, to education, to speak on what they know best for everyone to be able to form their own creative collisions in a 2 day festival called Making Midwest Fest.

Headlining MMWF is Detroit native, Aaron Draplin, world renowned designer. Around him will be 30+ presenters all from the Midwest U.S..

We'll also be having workshops (with additional ticket) that will take place throughout the 2 days that will give you a more specialized insight to a specific industry. For more information, tickets for workshops, schedule and speaker lineup, head over to
